Unfortunately this book has made it onto one of my very rare lists of books of a certain category: Did Not Finish. I will re-visit this book much much much later down the track and see if I have a different reaction to it then. In the meantime, I'm moving on to new books to escape into! Rating: 1.5 / 5

Overall 'Private Lies' is a captivating read that demonstrates the lengths Rosalind is willing to go to in order to find out the truth of her birth and how, along the journey, she finds peace in herself as a person. Rating 4 / 5
Overall, this book was an improvement from the previous. There will be moments of laughter and moments of angst. Moments of sadness and moments of sheer craziness. This book wraps the Me Before You trilogy up nicely. Rating: 4 / 5
Readers who are embarking on this journey, don't expect this book to have the emotional power that the first book had, otherwise you are going to be seriously disappointed. Go in with an open mind, decide for yourself. Rating: 3.5 / 5
